Busy few days

My internet friend did come down with her partner and it was great to see her for the first time in 6 years as she lives in America. We went for Starbucks and then they came back to our house. 

I already miss her. I'm sure she would end up being fed up with me if she lived in the UK though. 

She has an apple watch and I finally gave in and got one over the weekend. I swapped my android phone for a iPhone 5 and sold a few bits so I could afford the watch.

I am not too sure what I am doing with the watch at the moment but I am sure I will learn over time. There is a big update for it at the end of the year which looks good. I am liking having an iPhone again. I am not due an upgrade till December 2016! So the 5 will do for now. I seem to have regained my addiction to getting phone cases, I only got the phone yesterday but have brought about 6 cases. Most are from China and cost about 50p each. Got to love eBay bargains 😀

Must blog more!

I have gotten out of the habit of blogging, I haven't written a blog post in so long. There are a lot of things happing in my life soon so I want to blog more and write them all down. First of all today I am meant to be meeting an Internet friend from America who I have been friends with for around 6 years. She knew that I was pregnant with my first baby before my husband even did haha. I am very nervous about meeting her and her partner and am hoping that everything goes great and we get on in real life as well as we do online.
This is only short as I want to blog tonight about how we got on. I am picking her and her partner up from our local train station then we are going for coffee at Starbucks. I am glad that my husband and children are coming with me, I could never go alone.

March already!

How is it already march? I am still behind with my uni work with no motivation to do it. I'm not sure what to do. I am so close to finishing one of my modules.

I have caught up with all my pen pal letters wrote. I love writing and receiving letters and making new friends. I hope some of the international people I wrote to write back so I can get some more pretty stamps from different country's. 

Today I have written these two letter to penpals here in the UK 

I have met most of my penpals from Instagram but have also met a couple from the international geek girls pen pal club.

Snail Mail

I really enjoy having pen pals, I think I have written about 20 letters so far this year. Not many people have replied yet :( I have joined post crossing too so will hopefully be getting some post cards from interesting places soon :)

These two letters got posted today to a couple of new penpals from the UK.

These two letters I wrote today are for my IGGPPC penpals and are on their way to America. The two postcards are for post crossing one to America and one to China.

I have got a few different themed paper and envelopes to send to people. I want to get a few more but the site I get them from do amazing ones but they are a bit small so I can't put even anything post card size in it. :( They are very pretty envelopes and paper though haha

Everything is awsome except i am Swamped with uni work but can't seem to do it

I have got so much uni work to do now I have started my other two modules. I got my results from my last assignment for TU100 My Digital Life and I got my lowest mark ever but it was still a pass.

I did my first exam for MU123 on Monday but I'm not sure if I have passed it or not. It does not say when we get the marks.

Last weekend we took my three year old little boy to the cinema for the first time. It was the first time hubby and me had been in two years too. We went to see the lego movie which was really good. I am glad that my little boy enjoyed it even if he did have to sit on my lap for a bit if it because he was really tired. 

Watching the film has renewed my love of lego so I have been making bits and buying more lego to add to what I have. I want to try and build a MOC house. I got my little boys duplo which my three year old really likes.

This was my three year olds first duplo creation :)

My husband loved batman in the lego film and I think his favorite part was batmans song.

My Monday

So Monday was better than the weekend, I had a really bad migraine and didn't do anything. I couldn't even pick my mother in law up from the station after she got a train all the way from Cambridge to come see us. My boys enjoyed seeing their Nanny :)

I am not gonna have cows milk anymore to see if that helps with my ibs because it has been bad lately. I have started using Alpro almond milk which is really nice. I had it in tea and it didn't curdle! Just had it with my weetabix minis and that was really nice too :) 

I have never really liked cows milk ever maybe it has always made me feel ill and I've not really realised.

Alpro just replied to my tweet to them :) I love it when a company replies to me 

I have started my another uni module which is maths. I am not looking forward to it as I have never got on with maths but I am giving it a go. When my baby lets me that is which isn't very often.

Pen pals and Monthly Subscriptions

It has been a few days since I have posted and I have mainly been trying and failing to catch up with my uni work and getting a few more pen pals, I have actually lost count how many people I have written to but it is about 8, I am hoping that people will start replying soon. I am always the one that ends up writing first.

I have cancelled my birch box monthly subscription and my spotify monthly subscription and have instead signed up for loot crate which looks amazing, I am really looking forward to getting my first crate next month.
